There is no charge for appointments that are cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time; however, the full scheduled fee will apply in cases of no-shows or late cancellations.

I make every effort to begin your appointment promptly, and I ask that you arrive on time as well so your session isn’t shortened and the next client’s appointment isn’t affected. If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible so another client can utilize that time.

 If you arrive late to your appointment or ask to shorten it at check-in, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled time.
